Site Background Information - Fernando's Place <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 00-0769 <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br /> 181 feet bsg and 231 feet bsg , respectively); and 5,500 pg/I and 5,600 pg/1 total xylenes <br /> (at 181 feet bsg and 231 feet bsg , respectively). <br /> ADDITIONAL OFF-SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> The following is a chronology of the CPT investigation: <br /> 17-18 September 2007 CPT soil boring CPT-09 to a maximum depth of 200 feet bsg. <br /> 19-20 September 2007 CPT soil boring CPT-10 to a maximum depth of 200 feet bsg. 20 <br /> September, collection of firstfourground watersamples from CPT-10.21 September2007 <br /> CPT soil boring CPT-11 to a maximum depth of 200 feet bsg; completed collection of <br /> ground water samples from CPT-11 at selected depths. 24-25 September 2007 CPT soil <br /> boring CPT-14 to a maximum depth of 200 feet bsg; completed pore pressure test and <br /> sounding CPT-14 to depth and completed collection of last ground water samples from <br /> CPT-10. 25 September, completed collection of all ground water samples from CPT -14. <br /> 26 September 2007 CPT soil boring CPT-13 to a maximum depth of 194 feet bsg; <br /> collection of first three ground water samples from CPT-13 at selected depths. <br /> 27 September CPT soil boring CPT-12 to a maximum depth of 200 feet bsg; completed <br /> pore pressure test and sounding CPT-12 to depth and completed collection of final two <br /> ground water samples from CPT-13. <br /> 08 October 2007 borings CPT-15 and CPT-16 for collection of ground water samples, a <br /> maximum depths of 192 feet bsg; completed collection of all ground water samples from <br /> CPT-15 and CPT-16 at selected depths.09 October 2007 CPT soil boring CPT-17 to a <br /> maximum depth of 164 feet bsg; completed sounding CPT-16 to depth and collection of <br /> ground water samples from CPT-17 at selected depths. <br /> A total of forty four (44) grab ground water samples were collected from all the CPT <br /> borings(CPT-09 through CPT-17) and submitted for laboratory analysis Grab water <br /> samples were collected from varying depths. <br /> TPH-g was detected in sixteen of the grab water samples at varying concentrations. CPT <br /> -09-123 feet bsg had 2,000 pg/I. CPT-10-78 feet bsg had 11,000 pg/1. CPT-11-53 and -79 <br /> feet bsg had 8,400 pg/I and 17,000 pg/I, respectively. CPT-12-86 feet bsg had 3,200 pg/I. <br /> CPT-13-52 feet, -92 feet, -122 feet, and -184 feet bsg had 270,000 pg/l, 6,400 pg/l, <br /> 14,OOOpg/l, and 120,000 pg/I, respectively. CPT-15-53 feet, -80 feet, -146 feet, and -192 <br /> feet bsg had 800 pg/I, 680 pg/I, 1,600 pg/I, and 1,600 pg/I, respectively. <br /> BTEX compounds were detected in sixteen of the grab water samples at varying <br /> concentrations. CPT-09-123 feet bsg had 620 pg/I of benzene, 22 pg/I of toluene, 7.4 pg/1 <br /> of ethylbenzene, and 49 pg/I of total xylenes. CPT-10-78 feet bsg had 3,700 pg/I of <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
