Recommendation: <br />In May 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: The Fund is <br />concerned that after 14 years and over 670,000 dollars spent, no remediation <br />has been conducted at this site. The Fund is also concerned with the excessive <br />monitoring costs of with the multiple -screened wells that have been installed at <br />this site. The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br />Responsible Party significantly reduce the monitoring frequency of non -detect <br />monitoring points and implement active remediation without delay.
