NatLust will help promote the state cleanup <br />fund's statutory goals, which typically include meeting EPA's financial responsibility regulations, <br />as well as promoting a cleaner environment and improved public health through timely cleanup. <br />Recently, NatLust met with the California State Water Resources Control Board to develop aprocess <br />for NatLust to operate in California. From our communications with Mr. Lindsay Trittipoe <br />(President of NatLust), it appears that NatLust will be able to begin operating in California by 01 <br />July 2009.
