The Fund is also <br /> concerned with the excessive monitoring costs of with the multiple-screened <br /> wells that have been installed at this site. The Fund recommends that the San <br /> Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible Party significantly reduce the <br /> monitoring frequency of non-detect monitoring points and implement active <br /> remediation without delay.
