Use of MW-6A and MW-7A for compliance wells. The monitoring data show these zones have cleaned up to <br /> non-detects,that zones deeper(MW-6B, etc.) are now the only ones impacted. This may indicate a diving <br /> plume. Also,the injection wells nearest to the compliance wells are the deeper zone remediation <br /> wells. Compliance wells should be changed to deeper zoned wells. <br /> 2. Table 1A includes a Footnote 8 which details the sampling frequency. Footnote 8 is not indicated on the table or <br /> in the heading for the table. (AGE)-prepared In-Situ Chemical Oxidation Pilot Study Work Plan, dated 17 April <br /> 2012 for the site located at 1201 South Center St, Stockton; the work plan was approved by EHD letter dated <br /> 10 September 2012. The work plan proposes performance of a pilot study using ozone gas injection to mitigate <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon impact at the site. <br /> Attached is a draft monitoring and reporting program (MRP) and Notice of Intent (NOI)for 1201 South Center <br /> Street, Stockton, CA. Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc. has prepared the NOI and MRP to comply with the <br /> terms of general waste discharge requirements order number R5-2008-0149.
