Ian (Work <br /> I would like to discuss delaying <br /> implementation of the work plan. <br /> For an unknown reason the Underground Storaged (USTCF) <br /> allocated placed <br /> the site ed $30nto the <br /> budget category of Verification Monitoring (VM) e the 2012-13 fiscal <br /> 000-00 <br /> towards the site for the 2012-13 fiscal year. In August 2012, AGE submitted a budget change order request to <br /> the USTCF requesting the budget category be changed to CAP/REM or RS/IRA and additional funds be <br /> allocated towards the site. AGE would like to delay initiation of field activities proposed in the approved Work <br /> Plan until the USTCF had commented/approved the budget change order request. Based on the current <br /> budget category, only ground water monitoring and sampling would be eligible for reimbursement. Based on <br /> budget change order approvals during the 2011-12 fiscal year, AGE anticipates comments or approval of the <br /> August 2012 change order submitted to the USTCF by February or March 2013. <br /> In an effort to conserve funds for future remediation efforts, an annual ground water monitoring and sampling <br /> was not performed at the site during the second quarter 2012. AGE would like to perform a semi-annual <br /> sampling event before the end of the fourth quarter 2012. 1 have tentatively scheduled a limited ground water <br /> sampling event at the site for 26 December 2012.
