The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct <br /> the Responsible Party significantly reduce the monitoring frequency of non-detect monitoring <br /> points and implement active remediation without delay. The Fund will review this site next year to <br /> track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2009, this investigation has been underway for 15 years. The Fund recommends <br /> that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible Party to reduce monitoring and focus <br /> limited resources on active remediation. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, May 2010, the Fund concurs with the San Joaquin County LOP that active remediation <br /> should continue.
