CHRONOLOGY <br /> EDISON HIGH SCI1OOL <br /> 1425 SOUTH CENTER STREET,ST CKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 11/19/90 Removed 10,000 gallon diesel Undergroun I Storage Tank(UST-1) State ID <br /> #58665001and 500 gallon regular gasoline UST State ID 58665002 (UST-2)at above <br /> referenced site. A concrete slab was found beneath the bottom of UST-1 <br /> 11/21/90 Aborted taking soil sample from the center of UST-1 beneath the concrete slab when the <br /> excavation was flooded with water due to a break in the water pipes. 2 soil samples from <br /> UST excavation corners and 7 samples from piping. <br /> 12/06/90 Soil sample taken beneath the cement slab n center of UST-1. Stockpile from diesel tank <br /> was backfilled with imported pea gravel in o excavation. <br /> 03/13/91 San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) <br /> received analytical results of tank pull samples. Results of soil sample from the center of <br /> UST-1 were 430 parts per million of Total Extracted Petroleum Hydrocarbons(TEPH), <br /> and from the north side, 290 ppm of TEPH. <br /> 09/04/91 Piled Prop 65 and Unauthorized Release R port(UAR)and Prop-65. <br /> 06/25/96 Entered site into Local Oversight Program LOP). Mailed official"Notice of <br /> Responsibility"letter to SUSD directing investigation and remediation of the <br /> contamination <br /> 02/16/99 Two Geoprobe soil borings(SB1, S132)we re advanced to 30 feet below surface grade <br /> (bsg)at a slanted angle in the area of the fc rmer UST-1. Collected soil samples at <br /> varying depths for analyses. <br /> 09/21/99 Received analytical results including inte retation of the chromatograms for MTBE of <br /> the two soil borings. SB-1 results were 3.8 ppm of TPH-diesel at 15 feet below surface <br /> grade(bsg)and non-detect at 1.0 ppm of H-d at 30 feet bsg. SB-2 results were 7.9 <br /> ppm of TPH-d at 15 feet bsg and non-dete t at 1.0 ppm ofTPH-d at 20 and 30 feet bsg. <br /> Analytical results were all non-detect for BTEX, and MTBE. <br /> 06/14/2000 Received Record Title Owner(RTO)notif cation letter form responsible party. <br /> 08/17/2000 Recommended site for no further action stE tus. <br />
