r 16 <10ETI C ENGINEERING FAX OVER SHEET To Paul Anderson From Tom Neely Company- Philip Services Corporation Date 1215105 ' Fax (618)281-7020 Pages 11 Phone (618)281-1543 CC ' Re Qrtrly Man Field Notes for November 2005,1717 S Center Street,Stockton,CA ❑ Urgent 0 For Review X Per Your Request 0 Please Reply 0 For Your Information 1 • Comments ' Paul, I have enclosed the field notes for quarterly groundwater monitoring conducted at the Former Kilpatnck's Bakeries site located at 1717 South Center Street In Stockton, California in November 2005 The following activities occurred during the quarterly groundwater monitoring event - The AS/SVE system was turned off, and the caps were removed from wells MW-1 through MW-4 to allow groundwater levels to equilibrate to atmospheric pressure ' - The depth to water, thickness of floating product (If present), and total depth of each well (MW-1 through MW-4)were measured with an Interface probe, before sampling - New, dedicated Waterra tubing was Installed In all four wells (MW-1 through MW-4) for purging and sampling - All four wells were purged of three casing volumes of groundwater Groundwater samples were collected from all four wells (MW-1 through MW-4) for rlaboratory analysis - The sample containers were sealed, labeled, and stored on Ice In a cooler The groundwater samples were submitted to STL San Francisco under chain-0f-custody protocol for analysis of TPH-gasoline, BTEX, and five fuel oxygenates (DIPE, ETBE, MTBE, TAME, and TBA) by EPA Method 8260B - New expandable locking caps and padlocks were Installed, as necessary, to secure the wells New bolts were Installed and/or threads were cut In the traffic boxes, as necessary,to secure the well covers - The AS/SVE system was restarted after sampling was completed Let me know rf you have any questions, Tom r 2285 Morella Avenue Pleasant Hill CA 94523 - Phone 925 602 4710 - Fax 925 602 4720 - License #624022 i
