Pombo's September 22, 2000 letter to Unocal <br /> regarding Ms. Kimberly Ayers concerns about this property. First, I would like to introduce <br /> myself, W.T. "Nick"Nickerson, Senior Staff Engineer for Unocal in our Elk Grove, California <br /> office. I have been assigned as Project Manager for environmental work on this site as Mr. Bob <br /> Boust is no longer with Unocal. <br /> After reviewing the environmental history of the site and discussing this site with Mr. Mike <br /> Infurna, Senior REHS, San Joaquin County, Public Health Services, it is clear that the County <br /> requires additional delineation of possible contamination at the site which has to be completed <br /> before site closure can be granted. Unocal will submit this workplan for approval to the County by <br /> October 16, 2000 as requested in Mr. Infuna's letter dated August 15, 2000.
