The report is to include all�I of the minimum requirements listed in the"closure <br /> documentation"on page 2 of the document. Reports that do not provide answers or adequately address the minimum <br /> requirements listed in Appendix B can not be fully evaluated and may vnot receive concurrence for"No Further Action". <br /> Where data is not available to support conclusions for no further' (i.e.,lateral and vertical soil and <br /> groundwater plume delineation,mass balance calculations,etc),the data should be collected.
