The title search revealed that Unocal operated the tanks <br /> from 1923 to 1965. <br /> A conversation with Bill Robinson of the City of Tracy Fire Department revealed <br /> that there is no record of an underground storage tank removal at this site. <br /> A Phase I Site Assessment Report which was received and reviewed by PHS/EHD on <br /> April 4, 1994, documents soil and groundwater contamination on this property. <br /> Based upon the evidence that Unocal was the last operator of the underground <br /> storage tanks, you are hereby directed to investigate the extent of the petroleum <br /> contamination documented on site. <br /> A workplan shall be submitted for the continued soil and groundwater <br /> investigation of this site by October 7, 1994.
