B-5 only had one soil <br /> sample analyzed, at 7' bgs, and reported TPHd at 2.21 ppm and ethanol <br /> at 150 ppm. B-5 groundwater data, TPHg = 66,700 ppb, B= 36.2 ppb, T= <br /> 84.8, E= 644, and X= 1030ppb. TPHd = 29.6. No MtBE in soil or <br /> groundwater by EPA Method 8260A. <br /> 11/13/00 Monitoring wells U-7 & U-8 installed in City right of way in intersection of <br /> 11th street and Central Ave. Only methanol in soil samples and only 1.95 <br /> ppm in U-8 at 21' bgs. Only TPHd in groundwater in U-7 & U-8, at 420 <br /> and 290 respectively, but notations in laboratory sheets claim peaks in <br /> chromatograms "are not caused by diesel, nor any other type of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon". <br /> 04/19/01 Unocal submits request for clos ire report and requests "No Further <br /> Action" (NFA). <br /> 05/09/01 Site discussed with CVRWQCB and PHS-EHD geologist with conclusion <br /> to grant NFA. <br /> 07/03/01 Site closure paperwork completed. "30-day letter' requesting concurrence <br /> with NFA to CVRWQCB. <br />
