CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> ' Kleinfelder conducted this limited phase II environmental site assessment of selected areas of the <br /> proposed Tracy Multimodal Station to evaluate the presence of selected contaminants. A total of <br /> fifteen (15) soil samples and six groundwater samples were collected from six drilled Hydropunch <br /> IITM soil borings and one combination environmental/geotechnical boring. Thirteen (13) soil and <br /> six groundwater samples were subsequently analyzed for selected analytes based on suspected <br /> contaminants that might be present. <br /> 6.1 SOIL ASSESSMENT <br /> In general, concentrations of the analytes in the seven sample locations ranged as follows.
