Unfortunately, by that time, rain-related delays were <br /> experienced. Kleinfelder recommends that a copy of this report be submitted to Mr. Mike <br /> Infurna of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Department Environmental Health <br /> Division and the State of California Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley <br /> Region for review and comment.
