The Rail <br /> Commission will pay the $234 permit fee. <br /> Prior to signing off on Kleinfelder's work plan, the PHS/EHD is requiring that <br /> the Rail Commission have a right-of-entry from SPREE to perform the Phase II <br /> Testing.
