The drums will be clearly labeled as
containing "Investigation-derived Waste". Lids and bungholes will be securely closed. The
drums will be stored on the Property premises prior to removal by a licensed transporter for
appropriate disposal. Prior to transport, samples will be collected from the drums and analyzed at
the laboratory listed above for waste characterization purposes. The specific analytes for waste
characterization and the transporter will be determined at a later date.
SCHEDULE
We will schedule the field exploration as soon we receive approval of this work plan. We expect
that we will complete the field exploration in one day. Depending on driller avalability, and
pending approval of this work plan, we tentatively propose to perform the field exploration on
May 22, 2015.
If you have any questions on any portion of the work plan, please call and we will be glad to
discuss them with you.
Sincerely,
ENGEO Incorporated
K cju
Kelsey hart,FIT n Munger, CHG
Divya Bhargava, PE
Attachments: Figure 1
Well &Boring Permit Application
Master File Record Information Form
Health & Safety Plan
