The barricading of any portion of City streets shall be subject to the approval of the <br /> City Traffic Engineer. Traffic cones and warning signs shall be used to direct traffic <br /> and shall be installed in accordance with the Caltrans Manual of Traffic Controls for <br /> Construction and Maintenance Work Zones or the WATCH-Manual. <br /> 12. The Permittee shall maintain , adequate sight distance during installation, <br /> maintenance, or sampling of the wells. Additionally, service trucks shall not obstruct <br /> pedestrian paths; driveways, and sidewalks. <br /> 13. The Permittee has posted security of$1,500.00(one thousand five hundred dollars) <br /> with.the City of Stockton, which will remain in effect during the life of this permit. <br /> 14. Upon completion of well monitoring, the well shall be abandoned in accordance with <br /> the requirements of San Joaquin Public Health Services. <br /> 15. The Permittee shall be wholly responsible for obtaining permits/permission, assuring <br /> compliance with and paying for all associated fees of all other regulatory agencies <br /> for the installation, removal, maintenance, sampling and/or any other activity related <br /> to the well site. <br /> 16.' The.Permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes/vaults to any and <br /> all grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition, or <br /> any other occurrence. <br /> 17. Permittee, or his contractor, shall remove all Underground Service Alert markings <br /> following completion of the well installation. <br /> MICHAEL M.
