Our next step in <br /> the claims process is to issue a Letter of Commitment (LOC); however, our review indicates you <br /> have not yet incurred corrective action costs exceeding your deductible of$10,000. <br /> We are prepared to issue an LOC committing money toward the reimbursement of your eligible <br /> cleanup costs once you have incurred the $10,000 deductible or are obligated (signed contract) <br /> and are diligently pursuing your cleanup effort. You must take positive, concrete steps to ensure <br /> that corrective action is proceeding with all due speed. <br /> If you have not started your cleanup effort, you must obtain three bids and sign a contract with <br /> one of these bidders within 90 calendar days. If you need assistance with the bidding process, or <br /> selection of the low bidder before proceeding with the work, please contact Mark Owens at (916) <br /> 341-5796. <br /> If your cleanup effort has already started and was delayed, you must resume the expenditure of <br /> funds to ensure that your cleanup is proceeding in an expeditious manner.
