Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Bill Cook [bcook@condorearth.com]
Sent: Monday, August 03, 2009 8:34 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: Channel Street Work Plan
Condor respectfully requests an extension of the due date for the work plan to delineate the groundwater plume
and feasibility study to address contamination in the vadose zone, as described in your letter dated May 12, 2009.
Condor requests that the due date for the investigation work plan be extended to August 18, 2009. Condor also
requests that the due date for the feasibility study be extended to December 15, 2009.
The investigation work plan is in peer review now, and will be competed very soon. I revised my original draft to
include vapor wells and one extra cross-section to show that data gaps were being effectively addressed. The
longer extension for the feasibility study will allow me to integrate the data from the well installation. Verification of
vertical extent of groundwater impact is important to estimating the cost/effectiveness of various remedial
methods.
This message is intended for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed, and may contain information that is privileged, confidential
and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.Any unauthorized use, distribution,or disclosure is strictiy prohibited.
