Street, Stockton, Ca],ifor- nia <br /> Dear Margaret, <br /> This project is located at the Production Car Care Facility,_ 1000 East <br /> Channel Street, Stockton, California. <br /> The release of hazardous -materials to the surrounding environment has <br /> occurred. Two (2) soil borings to 1.01 were: completed on July 29, 1993 <br /> by Del-Tech Geological Support Services. Samples were collected and <br /> analyzed for Total Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TBPH) and <br /> Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene, and Total Xylene (BTEX) . The results <br /> from sample analyses were reported by Sherwood lbs and attached. <br /> Upon approval from San Joaquin County Department of Environmental <br /> Health (SJCDEH) , SEMCO proposes to excavate and 'lstockpile on site the <br /> impacted soils. Confirmation samples will be collected firers the <br /> sidewalls and floor of the excavation and analyzed for TEPH, Kerosene, <br /> Gasoline and BTEX.
