Please be <br /> aware that this is only an amendment to the current existing SPCCP that was certified in November <br /> 2018. SPCCPs are required to be recertified every 5-years and a recertification is scheduled for your <br /> facility in November 2023. <br /> 1 will be sending you a hard copy of the letter report, which you will need to keep in the SPCC Plan <br /> binder. Also, go ahead and send this amendment to Cesar with the county. I apologize of the late <br /> response for this, but I am glad we were finally able to get everything wrapped up.
