Enclosed, <br />please see the completed current monitoring and response plan. <br />• #6 – Monitoring and response plan was not onsite. See the attached monitoring and response <br />plan, which is now filed onsite in their compliance and UST manuals. <br />• #20 – Proper labeling of hazardous waste. I visited the fuel station and discussed hazardous <br />waste labeling with the station manager. Moving forward, hazardous waste will be labeled <br />properly, and verified weekly by the station manager. <br />• #27 – No DTSC copy of Hazardous Waste manifests available onsite for the last three years. <br />Please note, DTSC copies are always available upon request. They are stored in a central <br />location at our offices for tracking purposes.
