There are a few minor corrections <br />that need to be made before I can approve them. They are as follows: <br />Monitoring plan <br />Page 1 <br />I. Facility Information <br />-Facility site address: On the plan it is listed as 1804 W. 11th St Tracy but I believe the physical address is 1987 <br />W. 11 th St? Could you please verify? <br />IV. Tank Monitoring <br />-According to the monitoring certification the model number for your annular sensor is 420 not 460, please verify <br />-Information listed under #2 automatic tank gauging system is only for SINGLE wall tank systems, please delete <br />information <br />-Is your Veeder Root panel model 848290-012 or 848290-102. It is listed as 848290-012 under tank monitoring <br />and 848290-102 under pipe monitoring. Please make necessary changes <br />Response plan <br />Page 1 <br />I.
