Soil samples for analysis will be collected from the deeper boring of the eastern most well cluster. These samples <br /> will be analyzed for TPHg and BTEX by EPA Method 8260. <br /> CONTS AND CONDITIONS• <br /> 1. SJC/EHD recommends continuous coring of the boreholes at target depth to ensure appropriate placement of <br /> the screen intervals. <br /> 2. Submit a SJC/EHD well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee for each parcel of land on which g <br /> will take place. Offsite wells require access agreements with the current property owner. <br /> 3. Notify SJC/EHD a minimum of 48 hours prior to site mobilization. <br /> 4.
