A copy of the correspondence is attached. In accordance with the guidelines <br /> set forth by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, this well is necessary to proceed with <br /> the environmental assessment for the Texaco Service Station located at 440 West Charter Way. <br /> Groundwater Technology has spoken with a representative of the property owner who is willing to allow <br /> the installation of this well. The representative suggested that Groundwater Technology contact ARCO <br /> because ARCO maintains a lease on the property. <br /> Groundwater Technology is still actively pursuing permission for the installation this well. A copy of the <br /> original correspondence, a site map showing the proposed well location, and a license agreement <br /> (provided by Texaco Refining and Marketing Inc.) have been attached for your review. <br /> Please contact our West Sacramento Office if you have questions or comments.
