This well is necessary to continue the <br /> ongoing environmental assessment that GTI is conducting on behalf <br /> of Texaco Refining and Marketing Inc. for the property located at <br /> 440 West Charter Way, which is adjacent to the property owned by <br /> San Francisco Baking Company.
