<br /> 2.3.1 Recommended Changes to Monitoring and Sampling Program
<br /> Two observations were made after reviewing historical groundwater analytical data for the
<br /> Stockton Charter Way Commingled Plume Site: certain constituents from specific groundwater
<br /> monitoring wells have been low to non-detect; and specific constituents from the wells have
<br /> been low to non-detected including diesel range organics, di-isopropyl ether, ethyl tert-butyl
<br /> ether, tert-amyl methyl either, ethanol, and methanol. Based on these observations, Stantec
<br /> proposes to reduce the monitoring frequency of specific groundwater monitoring wells and to
<br /> reduce the groundwater analyses to constituents of concern summarized in the following
<br /> revised monitoring and sampling program. Newly installed wells will be sampled semi-annually.
