Stantec <br /> Further Assessment Work Plan <br /> Stockton Charter Way Commingled Plume <br /> February 15, 2011 <br /> report will be submitted to ARCO, Chevron, Shell, Sara Lee, and the RWQCB-CVR and will <br /> include tabulated field data, figures, appendices containing laboratory reports, well completion <br /> and soil boring logs, copies of field notes and data sheets, and conclusions and <br /> recommendations. Also per Assembly Bill 2886 requirements, Stantec will electronically upload <br /> the data obtained into the Regional Water Quality Control Board GeoTracker database. <br /> 6.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Stantec is prepared to implement the proposed scope of work upon receipt of a written approval <br /> from RWQCB-CVR. The schedule for the proposed scope of work is as follows and as <br /> presented in the Gantt chart (Figure 4). <br /> • Bidding and UST fund approval, permitting, and obtaining access agreements — twelve <br /> to sixteen weeks <br /> • Well decommissioning and installation — six months <br /> • Data evaluation and reporting —eight weeks <br /> • At the request of the RWQCB, Stantec has provided a preliminary schedule including the <br /> preparation of a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). It is understood that this schedule is <br /> tentative and may be revised as necessary. At the present time, assessment is forecast <br /> for 2011, feasibility testing is forecast for 2012, and the CAP preparation is forecast for <br /> the fourth quarter 2012. <br /> 7.0 REFERENCES <br /> Shaw Environmental, Inc.
