EMCON provided services consistent with the <br /> F October 4, 1995 "Interim Soil Remediation Plan." UST removal, overexcavation, and on- <br /> site soil aeration involved the following activities: <br /> • UST and piping removal performed on February 7, 1996 <br /> • UST cavity overexcavation and compliance soil sample collection performed on <br /> February 8, 1996 <br /> • Overexcavation of the former dispenser and piping areas conducted on <br /> February 13, 1996 <br /> • Discovery and removal of a third set of product piping and possible dispenser <br /> occurring on February 13 and 14, 1996 <br /> • Compliance soil sample collection from the third piping trench performed on <br /> February 14, 1996 <br />{ • Soil stockpile sampling performed on February 8 and 14, 1996 <br /> • Soil aeration activities conducted beginning on April 22 and concluded on May 2, <br /> 1996 <br /> SAL\':W70\0805\08051460.61)S-95,cjh:3 <br />
