Stockton Charter Way -2 - 30 October 2014 <br /> Commingled Plume <br /> San Joaquin Co. <br /> 2. All well destructions and installations must be done under permit from the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD). Please proceed to obtain permits <br /> from SJCEHD to complete the proposed work. <br /> 3. Based on the revised Gantt Chart project schedule, an Evaluation of Rebound Data from <br /> the Chevron property with a proposal to move the system to the Bimbo and/or Shell <br /> property and a Technical Review of the System Design for Bimbo/Shell is to be <br /> submitted by 28 November 2014. <br /> 4. The results from waste oil tank soil sample results and results of groundwater samples <br /> from all wells associated with this project, are to be included in the Third Quarter <br /> Groundwater Monitoring Report due by 30 October 2014. <br /> 5. A Feasibility Study for cleanup of pollution emanating from the Shell site, an update <br /> sensitive receptor survey, and either waste oil tank soil sample results or a plan to <br /> collect soil samples in the area of the former waste oil tank, are all due by <br /> 31 December 2014. <br /> 6.
