SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />A. Overview <br />The project site is located at 508 West Charter Way in Stockton, California. Land use in the <br />immediate vicinity of the site is commercial. The scope of work to be performed at the site <br />includes the drilling of two soil borings. The location of the site is shown on Figure 1. <br />2.0 PROJECT SAFETY AUTHORITY <br />A. ON-SITE PROJECT SAFETY <br />Personnel responsible for the project safety are: <br />Mr. Brett Hunter Project Manager <br />Chevron Products <br />Company <br />Mr. Roger Hof$nore Project Geologist <br />or Mr. Dennis Jones Project Safety Officer <br />(Pacific Environmental <br />Group, Inc.) <br />Ms. Suzanne McClurkin Company Safety <br />Officer <br />(Pacific Environmental <br />Group, Inc.) <br />The Project Safety Officer has the authority to upgrade or downgrade the provisions of this <br />Site Safety Plan as site conditions change.
