In addition, work plans, investigative and remedial <br /> reports, and monitoring reports are considered technical reports. Failure to supply technical <br /> reports required by the Regional Board will result in formal enforcement actions, which can <br /> include the imposition of civil administrative penalties (fines). Further, compliance with our <br /> directives is required in order to receive reimbursement of costs incurred for monitoring, <br /> investigative, and remedial activities by the UST Cleanup Fund (Fund). Failure to submit the <br /> required work plan and to begin quarterly monitoring will result in notification to Fund staff of <br /> your non-compliance.
