Mr. Donald Rodgers - 3 - • 6 June 2007
' 515 West Charter Way, StOton, San Joaquin County
• Conduct routine quarterly monitoring of all monitoring wells, except MW-2R and
MW-3R, which will continue to be monitored annually.
• Submit all documents (workplans and reports) and data in electronic format to
Geotracker, as required by the State Water Resources Control Board.
This transfer of lead agency will not cause or result in any delay in the ongoing investigation,
monitoring or remediation of your release. In addition, work plans, investigative and remedial
reports, and monitoring reports are considered technical reports. Failure to supply technical
reports required by the Regional Board will result in formal enforcement actions, which can
include the imposition of civil administrative penalties (fines). Further, compliance with our
directives is required in order to receive reimbursement of costs incurred for monitoring,
investigative, and remedial activities by the UST Cleanup Fund (Fund). Failure to submit the
required work plan and to begin quarterly monitoring will result in notification to Fund staff of
your non-compliance. If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 464-4615, or email
me at jbarton@waterboards.ca.gov.
i
James L. L.
