SJC/EHD informed the RP that no
further delays, adjustments or addendums to the work plan would be
considered.
3/27-30/06 Eight direct push borings were performed during this time but the probes
used could not get to the proposed depth needed for definition.
07/27/06 Date of SJC/EHD correspondence giving the RP 14 days to submit the
overdue report of findings for the work performed in March 2006 that was
due no later than 05/13/06.
08/23/06 Date of"Report of Spring 2006 Site Investigation" covering the March 2006
work.
10/13/06 Date of SJC/EHD correspondence responding to report of findings. The RP was directed to continue quarterly monitoring,
submit a work plan by 03/30/07 to continue the site investigation and
submit a feasibility study no later than 03/30/07.
03/30/07 No work plan or feasibility study has been received by SJC/EHD.
04/30/07 Date of SJC/EHD correspondence to RP requiring that the work plan and
feasibility study be submitted within 14 days of the letter or the site would
be referred to CVRWQCB for enforcement action.
05/14/07 No documents have been received by SJC/EHD on behalf of RP.
