Charter Way <br /> Stockton CA 95206 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) has received the <br /> February 4, 2003 letter from your consultant, Shaw Environmental, Inc. discussing the <br /> status of obtaining an access agreement from a neighboring property owner for the <br /> installation of a monitoring well on his property. The property is located west of your site <br /> and would have been an appropriate location for a monitoring well to provide lateral <br /> definition of the shallow groundwater contamination at your site. However, the property <br /> owner appears unwilling to cooperate with allowing access to his property.
