This LOC is based upon our review of the corrective action costs you <br /> FAX(916)2274530 reported to have incurred to date. Only <br /> corrective action costs required by the regulatory agency to protect human health, safety <br /> and the environment can be claimed for reimbursement. Unless waived in writing,you <br /> are required to obtain preapproval of costs for all future corrective action work <br /> (form enclosed). If you have any questions on obtaining preapproval of your costs or the <br /> three bid requirement, please call Christopher Stevens, our engineer assigned to claims in <br /> your Region, at (916) 227-4519.
