This version has the <br /> most current language and I will keep you updated on any changes. Please let me <br /> know if the requirements for the written agreement, or any other part of the section, are <br /> satisfactory, or if anything in this version appears to be unworkable. If so, we can <br /> submit our concerns to Senator Thompson, the author of the bill, for consideration. <br />
