A schedule for system restart will also be provided following <br /> assessment of the cause for the shutdown (p. 6-2, fourth paragraph). <br /> Comment: The systems decommissioning protocol will be subject to further review and potential <br /> modification at a future date. <br /> Response: Comment noted. <br /> Comment: The FRAC Report will be expanded and renamed as a No Further Action Required Request <br /> Report for the Appendix A— Reports, Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendation for Preliminary <br /> Investigations and Evaluation of Underground tank sites, April 2004, which is available as an electronic <br /> download at http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/water issues/underground storage tanks/tri- <br /> regionals appendix a.pdf. <br /> Response: The FRAC report has been renamed the No Further Action Required Request Report <br /> (Section 9.0, 2nd Paragraph). <br /> Comment: The Workplan did not include a comprehensive schedule for the fieldwork. Please provide <br /> a schedule with dates proposed for each activity, by email to me within 30 days of receipt of this letter, <br /> and keep me updated if the schedule changes. <br /> Response: A field implementation schedule listing the tentative start and end dates for the main <br /> activities to be performed in support of site remediation is enclosed. <br /> We trust that this should address your comments on the Work Plan.
