Charter Way <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> As the responsible party, you were notified on June 25, 1990, that <br /> a Problem Assessment Report was to be submitted to San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division and <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) no <br /> later than October 8, 1990. However, following correspondence from <br /> your consultant, Erin Dougherty of Delta Environmental Consultants, <br /> Inc. , it was agreed that a draft Final Remedial Plan (FRP) would be <br /> submitted as was previously discussed with Eleanor Ratliff of my <br /> staff. <br /> To date, we have not received the draft FRP nor have we received <br /> quarterly monitoring reports as required under Section 2652 (d) of <br /> the Underground Storage Tank Regulations (CAC, Title 23, Subchapter <br /> 16) . These reports are to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, <br /> schedules for the completion of the investigation <br /> of the site and remediation; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater <br /> elevation, Ph, conductivity, gradient; <br /> -analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; <br /> and <br /> -a site map showing the "zero line" of <br /> contamination, if known, and changes in the above <br /> measurements over the last quarter. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
