Attending the meeting were you representing Shell Oil,Joe Neely and Aubrey
Cool representing Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc., and Margaret Lagorio,Nuel C.
Henderson,Jeff Wong,Harlin Knoll,Michael Infurna,Lori Duncan, and Vicki McCartney
representing EHD. There was a general discussion about preparing cross sections that have
lithological correlations with interpretations of the subsurface and including them in site conceptual
models (SCM) prepared for each site. The following is a synopsis of the status and/or site specific
discussions at the meeting.
3011 Benjamin Holt Stockton t
A third geologic cross section is to be prepared that extends from the contaminant source area to
newly installed monitoring well MW13 and is to be included in an updated SCM. In the conclusions
and recommendations of the August 14, 2004, SCM,it was stated that MTBE was no longer a fuel--
component at this site, that concentrations of MTBE were declining and expected to continue .-
declining and that case closure may be warranted. If this is the conclusion and recommendation of
the updated SCM, then a closure report should be prepared as discussed in the Tri-Regional Board
Staff Recommendations dated April 16, 2004.
1313 Charter Way,Stockton
An SCM is to be prepared for this site and can be included in the next quarterly monitoring report.
The contaminant of concern at this site is 1,2-DCA. If it can be demonstrated that the 1,2-DCA
plume has been adequately characterized on-site and off-site and that action to remediate the mass of
contamination is not necessary, then a closure report should be prepared as discussed in the Tri-
Regional Board Staff Recommendations dated April 16, 2004.
620 Charter Way.Stockton
The comments provided in the EHD letter dated May 18,2005,were discussed. It was agreed that
CPT borings would be advanced and the data would be used to decide where monitoring wells
would be installed.
440 Charter Way, Stockton
It was stated that the off-site property owner had not responded to the access agreement request.
Cambria will follow up on securing an access agreement and proceed with implementation of the
work plan approved December 13,2004.
I
I
II '
i
i
