I have not reviewed the report and probably will not
begin reviewing the report until sometime in July.
2. 1071 Main Street, Manteca-Joe Neely of Cambria informed EHD that Cambria's model of the site generated poor
results to support site closure. EHD strongly supported site closure and recommended that Cambria use good
professional judgment to support why the model may not be correct. Cambria agreed to this and will submit a site closure
report.
I
3. 620 Charter Way-Cambria and EHD discussed the letter sent by EHD on May 18, 2005. Cambria indicated
concurrence with EHD's recommendations presented in the May 18, 2005 letter. Aubrey asked if Cambria could advance
the CPT borings first, then use the CPT data to advance and install the monitoring wells. EHD agreed to this.
I
4. 1160 Yosemite, Manteca, CA-In spite of the fact that 1,2-DCA is found in four of the five monitoring wells at
concentrations less than 3 ug/L, EHD recommended that Cambria prepare a site closure report. Nuel suggested that
Cambria submit a site conceptual model and provide EHD with tools to support site closure. Cambria agreed to provide j
EHD with supportive data to justify site closure.
I'I
Vicki McCartney,Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
304 E.Weber Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202-2708
Phone: (209)468-3456
Fax: (209)468-3433
E-mail: vmccartney@sjcehd1com
. 1
