Shell Oil Products US <br /> April 1,2014 <br /> Stockton Hospitality Group:Inc <br /> 5434'.Ram Court <br /> Rancho Cucamonga,.CA 91737 <br /> Inc:Request for Access to Property Located at <br /> 550 West.Charter Way, Stockton,CA <br /> To Whom.It.May Concern: <br /> Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (GRA), on behalf of:Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell <br /> Cil Products US (Shell), prepared this access agreement to notify you that the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) and the California. <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley Region has approved <br /> environmental case closure for the Shell-branded service station located at 620 West <br /> Charter Way, Stockton, California. Therefore, CRA intends todestroy the existing <br /> monitoring wells associated with the former case. Prior to well destruction activities, <br /> Shell needs to obtain an access agreement from you. Please sign and return a copy of this <br /> agreement to C.R.A. We will notify you of the well destruction schedule once we have <br /> received the signed agreement and necessary permits. <br /> The work to be performed is the destruction of monitoring wells MW-1 3-50, MW-13-77; <br /> MW-14-50, and MW-14-77 per SJCI HD and San Joaquin County well Standards. <br /> requirements. The locations of these wells are shown on the attached figure. . I11 2008 <br /> thesewells were installed at 550 West Charter Way under the former property owner's <br /> consent. After the wells are properly destroyed the property will be restored to its <br /> approximate former condition to match the surrounding area. <br /> A licensed contractor retained by Shell will perforin the above work. This work is'being <br /> l�erforrned on behalf of Shell to comply with the environmental requirements of the State <br /> of California. <br /> Shell agrees to indemnify you from any and all claims by third parties arising out of the <br /> work'performed by Shell under this agreement. <br /> Please sign below to signify your consent and.return this letter with the attachments in the <br /> enclosed stamped envelope. Please_keep a copy for your records. <br />
