We also are currently removing the former <br /> remediation equipment and compound which is near the work area for the CPT <br /> borings. It is safer not to have both activities going on afthe same time and this <br /> will also reduce the impact to the station operations. I will get the earliest dates <br /> possible and will let you know the new schedule once established. We have to <br /> still drill the other wells (if possible)so we are moving forward as best we can <br /> .with the phased approach. As you are aware,we installed MW-16-50, MW-116- <br /> 77, MW-16-90, and MW-17-50 a couple weeks ago. <br /> Update on access requests: <br /> McDonalds—Shell signed the.agreement several weeks ago and it was <br /> forwarded to McDonald's. I just talked to the contact and there was problem on <br /> their end. She hopes to have the agreement fully executed next week. Once <br /> received, I can get MW-11,installed and complete the.CPT work at the same <br /> time. <br /> Delta Market—Access not granted. A possible alternate location for the MW-15 <br /> wells (if we could gain access)would be in the laundry mat parking lot east of <br /> the Market. Not sure if this location is acceptable to you. Let me know. <br /> Hotel Access not granted. Per field person, utilities in street/sidewalk and <br /> overhead and related safety concerns prohibit drilling in street for MW-13 wells. <br /> No alternate locations for MW-14 wells (a Chevron is located east of the hotel <br /> property—open case- highly unlikely we would gain access to this property). <br /> 1 am not sure if another letter from you for the Market and Hotel properties <br /> would do any good. I think,they just won't allow access.
