We also are currently removing the former remediation equipment and compound <br /> which is near the work area for the CPT borings. It is safer not to have both activities going <br /> on at the same time and this will also reduce the impact to the station operations. I will get <br /> the earliest dates possible and will let you know the new schedule once established. We <br /> have to still drill the other wells (if possible)so we are moving forward as.best we can with the <br /> phased approach. As you are aware, we installed MW-16-50, MW-16-77, MW-16-90, and <br /> MWA 7-50 a couple weeks ago. <br /> Update on access requests: <br /> McDonalds—Shell signed the agreement several weeks ago and it was forwarded to <br /> McDonald's. I just talked to the contact and there was problem on their end. She hopes to <br /> have the agreement fully executed next week. Once received, I can get MWA 1 installed and <br /> complete the CPT work at the same time. <br /> Delta Market—Access not granted. A possible alternate location for the MWA 5 wells (if we <br /> could gain access)would be in the laundry mat parking lot east of the Market. Not sure if this <br /> location is acceptable to you. Let me know. <br /> Hotel —Access not granted. Per field person, utilities in street/sidewalk and overhead and <br /> related safety concerns prohibit,drilling in street for MWA 3 wells. No alternate locations for <br /> MWA 4 wells (a Chevron is located east of the hotel property—open case-highly unlikely we <br /> would gain access to this property). <br /> I am not sure if another letter from you for the Market and Hotel properties,would do any <br /> good. I think they just won't allow access.
