We <br /> also are currently removing the former remediation equipment and compound which is near the work area for the <br /> CPT borings. It is safer,not to have both activities going on at the same time and this will also reduce the impact <br /> to the station operations. I will get the earliest dates possible and will let you know the new schedule once <br /> established. We have to still drill the other wells (if possible) so we are moving forward as best we can with the <br /> phased approach. As you are aware, we installed MW-16.50, MW-16-77, MW-16-90, and MW-17-50 a couple <br /> weeks ago. <br /> i <br /> Update on access requests: <br /> McDonalds—Shell signed the agreement several weeks ago and it was forwarded to McDonald's. I just talked to <br /> the contact and there was problem on their end. She hopes to have:the agreement fully executed next week. <br /> Once received, I can get MWA 1 installed and complete the CPT work at the same time. <br /> Delta Market—Access not granted. A possible alternate location for the MWA 5 wells (if we could gain access) <br /> would be in the laundry mat parking lot east of the Market. Not sure if this location is acceptable to you. Let me <br /> know. <br /> Hotel —Access not granted. Per field person, utilities in street/sidewalk and overhead and related safety concerns <br /> prohibit drilling in street for MW-13 wells. No alternate Locations for MW-14 wells (a Chevron is located east of the <br /> hotel property—open case-highly unlikely we would gain access to this property). <br /> I am not sure if another letter from you for the Market and Hotel properties would do any good. I think they just <br /> won't allow access.
