have reviewed the Public Notice and list of recipients to receive the Public Notice for the Shell- <br /> Branded Service Station at 620 Charter Way. There are a number of corrections to be made to <br /> the Public Notice; please revise the Public Notice and resubmit to me. <br /> Under Case Summary, remove "and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB)"; I have not submitted the Case Closure Summary to the CVRWQCB yet so the <br /> CVRWQCB has not given closure concurrence for the site at 620 Charter Way in Stockton.
