In the Response, second paragraph, it is stated that"CRA also <br /> evaluated historic soil concentrations at the site, although no current ESLs exist in the ESL Document for these <br /> data." On the second page of the Response, CRA again states that"there are currently no ESLs for risks of <br /> vapor intrusion from COPC impacted soil." <br /> Since Table A of the ESL Document lists the ESLs for shallow soil where groundwater is current or potential <br /> source of drinking water, I do not understand what CRA means by the above statements.
