Well records show that a well located near the intersection of Center and Jefferson Streets, <br /> 13 approximately 2,300 feet northeast (downgradient)of the site, is owned by the California Water Service <br /> E Company. <br /> L* z.4 Uttiltles <br /> r The site lies within the City and is serviced by City water and sewer lines. A 24-inch sanitary sewer line and <br /> i w a Minch asbestos/cement(AC)water'line are present along the north side of Charter Way. A 6-inch cast <br /> L"y iron water line exists 19 feet south of the centerline along Charter Way. Electrical and natural gas lines are <br /> present along the northern edge of the property,immediately south of the sidewalk. <br /> i <br /> 2.5 R4 lanai Geolo and A'dro colo <br /> i <br /> s The site lies within the Great Valley geomorphic province. The geologic materials betteeth the region <br /> consist primarily of stream and delta plain deposits of the San Joaquin River and its tributaries(Norris and <br /> l Webb,I976). SuTficial geology area consists of fluvial sands,silm,and clays,and is considered to he <br /> several hundred feet thick (Jennings, et al., 1977). The San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District Map for Spring I989 indicates that the unconfined and scmicontined ground water <br /> ''' aquifers in the vicinity of the site generally flow to the northeast. <br />
