SR0078721) <br /> Dear Mr. Singh: <br /> Mr. Gurjinder Singh contracted with Confidence UST Services, Inc. to remove and replace the four <br /> multiple product dispensers (MPDs) with under dispenser containment pans (UDCs) and the associated <br /> double-walled fiberglass product and vent piping at the site. -%lark R. Magargee, PG, CHg <br /> (MR.M)was contracted by Confidence UST Services, Inc. to conduct soil sampling, laboratory analysis, <br /> and preparation of this Dispenser and Piping Upgrade Soil Sampling Report. The dispenser and piping <br /> upgrades were performed under San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) <br /> Permit No. SR0078721 (see Attachment 1 for the Inspection Reports for SJCEHD Permit No. <br /> SR0078721). <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is located at 2494 East Fremont Street, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California <br /> (see Figure 1 - Site Location Map. The site is located within the northwest quarter of Section 6, <br /> Township 1 North (T1 N), Range 7 East (R7E), Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The site elevation is <br /> approximately 25 feet above mean sea level (MSL). The topography at the site slopes gently to the <br /> west-southwest. The site is located at the southwest corner of Fremont Street and Filbert Street a half <br /> mile to the west of State Highway 99 in the central area of the city of Stockton The site is currently a <br /> Chevron-branded service station and historically was operated as a Shell-branded service station. <br /> There are three (3) underground storage tanks (USTs), four (4) MPDs, and associated product and vent <br /> piping at the site (see Figure 2 - Plot Plan). <br /> 673o Canaletto Avenue <br /> Bakersfield, CA 933o6 <br /> (661) 205-7000 <br /> mrmagargee@gmad com <br />
