Date: 01/28/2021 <br /> Manufacturer training: NOV,01/09/21 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> Witnessed secondary containment testing of the 87 product, 91 product, vent, vapor recovery piping at 10 PSI for 60 minutes, <br /> and witnessed soap testing of the piping. All passed. <br /> Verified slope at at least 1/8 inch per foot. Reverse slope was observed on the 87 piping at the 87 STP sump and was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> Verified piping setbacks and crossovers. Two sections of piping were observed with crossovers less than 2.5 inches. <br /> -Vapor recovery piping crossing 91 product piping at dispenser 3/4. <br /> -Vapor recovery piping(middle) crossing 87 product (bottom) and 91 product (top) piping at the main cross before sumps. <br /> This will require adjustment or written approval from the piping manufacturer. <br /> Witnessed brine filling of UDCs. Verified correct brine on site for UDCs and sumps. Per technician, sumps will be filled after <br /> backfilling. <br /> *The facility is NOT approved to operate. Additional testing is needed -see the approval letter dated 11/27/18 for a list of <br /> required inspections. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
